We have trained hundreds of leaders—women and men—from the private and nonprofit sectors, helping them develop a trauma-informed lens that has impacted thousands of individuals across communities

What we provide

The program is for 12 months and support will be tailored to each organization’s specific needs.
The themes of support will be three-fold:

Coaching and Community
  • Individualized trauma-informed coaching and mentorship, peer support network

Global Flames- International Women Fellowship

A transformative leadership program for women across the world who seek to heal gendered trauma and lead with confidence. Through immersive training, storytelling, and somatic practices, fellows will gain trauma-informed leadership skills, build resilience, and join a powerful global network of changemakers.

Grameen Jyothi- Rural Indian Women Fellowship

Designed for leaders of grassroots organizations working in high gendered violence areas, this fellowship equips rural changemakers with the tools to heal, set boundaries, and drive systemic change in their communities. Fellows will receive hands-on mentorship, capacity-building training, and access to a supportive peer network to scale their impact.

Men for Change- Fellowship for Men

A first-of-its-kind program empowering men to become allies (and more than allies) in gender equity, because gender inequality harms everyone. Through deep reflection, experiential learning, and actionable strategies, fellows will learn to recognize gendered trauma, deconstruct harmful norms, and foster inclusive leadership in workplaces, homes, and communities. Is Your organization eligible?
  • Does your organization prevent gender-based violence or address the root causes of gender-based violence?
  • Is the organization beyond the pilot stage and has been active for over two years?
  • Does your organization have active women leadership?
  • Is your organization led by historically marginalized and under-represented groups of people?
  • Does your organization operate in rural areas?
  • If the answer is yes to the above questions, your organization is eligible to apply.
