Accelerator
Parity Lab aspires to support a host of initiatives led by locally-rooted historially under-represented communities across the Global South that prevent or address violence against women and girls.
Who we Work With
Your organization is eligible if it:
- Aims to prevent or address violence against women and girls
- Has active women leadership
- Is at least two years old, beyond pilot stage and able to demonstrate its idea concretely
- Can communicate in Hindi, Tamil, or English
- Operates in India
Please note that your organization need not be legally registered to apply
What we Offer
The program is for 18 months and support will be tailored to each organization’s specific needs. The themes of support will be three-fold:
Data Support:
Data collection and analysis, Theory of Change, Monitoring and Evaluation
Organizational Support:
Fundraising, Communications, Storytelling
Coaching and Community:
Individualized trauma-informed coaching and mentorship
Selection Process
Stage-1: Application Submission
A written application round will be open twice a year. The application will be multilingual and will be open for 3 weeks.
Stage-2: Phone or video interview
One or two rounds of interviews will be conducted to understand your initiative better. This stage is expected to take upto 2 weeks.
Stage-3: Onboarding Offer and Co-design
Those who are selected will be informed about the decision. A personalized 1.5-year program would be co-designed by Parity Lab staff and the partner organization together.
