Example Case Studies
An equitable recruitment strategy for a pharmaceutical company:
Using quantitative data analysis of recruitment data and qualitative surveys for hiring managers, we developed a short and long-term strategy to double the number of women recruited into the organization at its India center. An evidence-based Gender Equity Methodology was developed using behavioral economic techniques to change the recruitment, retention and participation processes in the organization.
Monitoring and Evaluation for an Indian non-profit:
A non-profit conducts school-based activities for children on topics related to gender and identity. An impact assessment was conducted to evaluate the short and long-term impact of this program on gender attitudes of children. The study evaluated the variation in impact across class and schools. A recommendation was developed to employ various assessment scales to measure long-term behavioral shifts in children.
